Sunday in the Shower with Seymour is the comedic portrait of what happens when two people find out what it really takes to make love work.
When Seymour's girlfriend Margo blurts out her infidelity over a meal of dry salmon, Seymour lunges into a depression and opts for the kind of therapy that only an endless shower can provide. Alternately challenged and nursed by his roommate Buddy and the vivid delusions that Seymour's water-logged imagination bring to life, he must struggle to overcome his hurt and disappointment in order to confront Margo and insure that the years of something special between them won't go down the drain.
Sunday in the Shower with Seymour is a new, one-hour comedy written by Colin P. Delaney and directed by Dara M. DeVito. The play opens Friday, September 13th at the Common Basis Theatre, 750 Eighth Avenue (btw. 46th and 47th Sts.), Suite 500 and runs from the 13th to the 15th, the 19th to the 22nd and the 26th to the 29th, 8 o'clock very night.
