Come laugh, make friends, network and “hit on” some hot Texans (we don't say Hook'em Horns for nothing) at a staged reading of Wendy’s new screen play HIT GIRL. HIT GIRL is a romantic comedy of deadly proportions. Missy McGill is a no nonsense girl from Texas looking to make it big as a dancer in the Big City. When her husband lands a prime spot in a National Tour, Missy is left on her own to deal with a mysterious roommate, unemployment, a too-big-for-a-dancer ass, and more. Should she divorce her husband and go home to Texas or divorce her husband and stay with her enigmatic new roommate? Should she divorce her husband at all? And what about all those men trying to kill her? HIT GIRL is the story of this Texas flower’s attempt to survive the toughest parts of New York City. In the end she may just teach those Big City Boys a thing or two about what it takes to be a real HIT GIRL.
